Reuters AdvicePoint is an innovative online community created by Reuters, the global information company. Reuters AdvicePoint enables you and advisers to meet in an atmosphere of trust and confidence.
Reuters AdvicePoint offers the online tools and environment that allow you to find the trusted advisers you need. But it's more than just a web site. It's a community.
Reuters AdvicePoint combines Reuters' expertise in the timely delivery of news and investment information with collaborative tools, blogs, forums, and a robust database of financial advisers.

Most investment-related web sites are focused on the "do-it-yourself" investor. They provide investment information and financial planning tools with the message: "investing is easy, you can do this yourself." The Reuters AdvicePoint web site is specifically focused on the "advised investor," who want expert advice and guidance on financial matters.
The information and tools included in Reuters AdvicePoint are focused on connecting you with financial advisers.

Investors will be able to efficiently find financial advisers of all types, in every specialty, and from every geographic region. Investors will be able to search a robust database of advisers and other wealth experts, create a trusted network of financial advisers, research mutual funds, and join in on discussion groups.
The Expert Network is a network of wealth experts who have been designated as experts on a particular topic in their field. Each expert is provided with their own forum topic where the expert can host a threaded discussion group to answer questions posed from investors or other advisers.
The Reuters AdvicePoint Expert Network will be launching soon. Please check back for details.

The depth and breadth of the client experience of the selected financial advisers makes the Reuters AdvicePoint Top Advisers list unique. Sole practitioners as well as advisers who are part of large firms all have the opportunity to be showcased as Top Advisers nationally or in a particular region.
Top Advisers will also spotlight niche categories that reflect advisers' primary client focus. Categories may include clients' career focus, such as the medical or legal professions, as well as cultural and language specialties.
